• Change of mind

• Incorrect sizing

• Shipping delays outside our control

• Pre-order purchases once production has begun

Refunds are only issued if:

• The item arrives damaged

• The incorrect item was sent

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and select European countries. Additional regions may be added over time.

Processing Time

This is a pre-order; estimated delivery begins after production is completed. Processing is estimated to take place 6 weeks after the close of the pre-order window.
